And the impact has been far reaching, with over 8 million hours of Focus Time created and 23 million meetings moved to better times.
Any Smart Hold events created by Clockwise (such as Focus Time, Travel Time, Meeting Breaks, and Personal Calendar synced events) will be removed from your calendar. Flexible Meetings will stop moving and the green Clockwise sparkle will be removed.
Yes, Clockwise Scheduling Links will no longer be available. We recommend transitioning your links immediately to another service, such as Reclaim.
All Focus Time blocks managed by Clockwise will be removed from your calendar.
No, there is no transfer of data to Salesforce, and your data will be deleted.
Your data will be deleted shortly after you lose access to the product on March 27, 2026.
All user data will be deleted shortly after March 27, 2026. There will be no confirmation of this deletion, but there will be notice if the deletion date changes and/or there are changes to our decision to delete all user data.
You will get a refund for any prepaid subscription that extends past March 27, 2026, on a prorated basis. For example, if you're on an annual plan that renews on September 1, 2026, and you've prepaid for the full year, you would receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription from March 27 through August 31, 2026. We are trying to avoid any charges before shutdown. If for some reason you do get charged, please know that amount will be added to your refund.
