Hello friends,

I come to you on this beautiful Monday with BOOK TOUR NEWS. Hard to believe in two short months a new book will be born into the world— Something From Nothing, a meditation on pantry ingredients, doing more with less and generally slowing down. This book includes some of my personal favorite recipes (Shallot Pasta, Tuna Salad Salad, Crushed Olive Chicken, etc.), and many new favorites (Wine Braised Romano Beans with Anchovy, Green Vegetable Soup with Hominy and Lime, Braised Pork Stew with Cabbage and Lemon, etc.)

You can pre-order it HERE in the US, here in the UK, and here in Australia. It will also be available in Canada (where I am going on this tour), but for some reason I don’t have a pre-order link.

To celebrate, I’m going on a book tour, one of my most favorite things. I simply love to travel, love to rack up my Delta Skymiles, love to get on a stage and discuss THE CRAFT and the art and the passion. So please join me! There will, of course, be a robust audience Q+A, so come prepared (think of this as a Book Tour with notes of the Solicited Advice tour— audience participation optional, but encouraged).

The tickets have tiered options, and you do NOT need to buy a book to get a ticket– though there is the option to upgrade with a signed copy of the book, plus, (very fun) merch that will only be available with your ticket.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, 10am local time* (here), but for all paid subscribers, I’m sending out the pre-sale code, which grants you access to tickets TODAY. These events do tend to sell out, so this is a good opportunity to make sure you get in. A beautiful Monday!

*That means 10am wherever the show you’re trying to buy tickets is. i.e. a New York show goes on sale at 10am EST, and an LA show goes on sale 10am PST. If you are in LA but want tickets to a NY show, you have to wake up at 7am for tickets. So how many apples does Bobby have? Why is this is so confusing to me?
