Hello! It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted to my blog. This past winter in New York made for pretty brutal weather which, for whatever reason, seemed to suck the inspiration for writing out of me. With Spring finally arriving I seem to have found a bit of desire to write again. Seizing upon the moment: I’ve published a small note about how I’ve been roasting vegetables as of late:
