    Furukawa is stating they have done things in the past to maintain employee retention to include raising base salaries by 10% back in 2023.

    Nintendo is not raising wages by 10% in 2026.

  10. I feel like nintendo does that exact opposite of what the rest of the video game industry does. When every company does massive lay offs, they raise their salaries. When companies are focusing on AI rather then making games, nintendo doesn’t use AI and they pump out more games faster. It really is impressive how well nintendo does thing.
